What does the materials fee cover?
A Materials Fee of $10 per student is charged at the time of enrollment for new Seasons of Music Workshop students and thereafter in September of each year for returning students. The annual Materials Fee is an all-inclusive admin fee that helps cover the costs of craft materials for the year.
Material Fees are non-refundable.
You can also check your current balance and change your class at our Parent Portal.
What is included in my enrollment?
Your tuition is for everything that is included with enrollment here at Simply Music — a scheduled number of monthly classes for the year plus all the love, time, and effort your teacher puts in as well!
You can also check your current balance and change your class at our Parent Portal.
Your tuition fee is automatically billed on the 1st of each month to your credit or debit card on file.
What is our approach to safety policy?
At the present time, we will follow one intentional approach to health and safety in all of our private lessons. This approach is informed by CDC recommendations and aims to ensure that everyone has as engaged, joyful and as safe an experience as possible. Currently we ask all individuals to wear a mask during this class.
What happens in inclement weather?
Any weather closing information for Simply Music will be posted on our studio Facebook site, as well as confirmed via email or text. Assume that we are remaining open for lessons or classes unless we announce differently. If weather conditions are such that we need to close our locations, we will offer a makeup date that same month.
What happens if my teacher is unwell?
If your teacher is unable to join class because of health concerns, they will update you at least 90 minutes prior to class by email and text message. In such a case, the teacher will make every effort possible to choose a day and time that works for the majority of families later that week or month.
What if the teacher reschedules a class?
Though rare, there may be times when a teacher needs to reschedule a class. In such a case, the teacher will make every effort possible to choose a day and time that works for the majority of families.
What happens if I miss a class?
Due to the nature of group lessons, regular weekly group lessons are not made up except in the case of teacher absence or inclement weather.
What if I need to pause or cancel my enrollment? What is your refund policy?
We understand that circumstances can change for families impacting your ability to participate in live instruction.
If you need to pause or cancel your enrollment, please send us written notice prior to the 1st of the month. (If notice is received after the 1st of the month, the tuition for the current month will still be charged.)
Please send your written notice via our online form.
Material Fees are non-refundable.
