About Cadence

Cadence has been a music teacher for 5 years, specializing in elementary general music and voice. Her passion for music started when she began singing in choir at age seven. She continued studying music throughout high school, attending solo and ensemble competitions as well as singing for Uniting Voices Chicago. This led her to study Music Education and K-12 Education at Lake Forest College. 

 

Cadence believes in providing a joyful and confidence-building environment for students to embrace their love of music. When she is not teaching, she enjoys playing guitar, crocheting, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé and her dog, Chomper.
