How do I reach out if I have questions?

We are committed to making sure that you  have a wonderful experience! If issues do arise, please reach out to your teacher to get their support.  Your teacher will provide you with her phone number and email address, and you are encouraged to contact her directly.

If you are not able to resolve your issues or have misplaced your teacher's contact information, please reach out to us at info@simplymusicstudios.com or call our office at 779-379-2437, and we will work with you and your teacher to support you as best we can.

Can I enroll at any time?

Enroll any time of the year! We are always happy to welcome new students to the Simply Music family! You may start classes at any time of the year and pause enrollment as needed. We’ll gladly pro-rate tuition or schedule makeup classes if you start classes partway through the month.

Once enrolled, we’ll keep you enrolled until you tell us you need to pause or withdraw. No need to constantly fill out forms to re-enroll. We want to keep things easy and convenient for you.

If you need to make a scheduling change, class change, or teacher change, just let us know by emailing us at info@simplymusicstudios.com , or by calling our office at 779-379-2437. We’re always glad to help.

What's included in my tuition?

Weekly classes

Kindermusik students: your tuition is for everything that is included with enrollment here at Simply Music – 44 weekly classes throughout the year (including summer!), plus. . .

Zumbini students: your tuition is for everything that is included with enrollment here at Simply Music – four, 8-week sessions from September - May, plus. . .

Unlimited makeups

Every enrollment also includes unlimited makeup classes for as long as you are enrolled. In fact, if you miss a Kindermusik class, you can use that makeup to try out a Zumbini class that week and vice versa! You will also receive referral rewards for you and your new-to-Simply Music friend that you refer to us, and lots of other little extras throughout the year.

Small class sizes 

You’ll enjoy small class sizes, a structured curriculum that progresses you or your child from one level to the next, a close connection with your teacher, new music and activities every week, and making lots of new friends – for yourself and for your child!

Kindermusik app (Kindermusik students only)

Complete access to all of your child’s Kindermusik tunes via the Kindermusik App. Through the app, you can explore new musical sounds at your fingertips, get rainy day craft ideas, access playlists for daily routines, and so much more!

How does tuition work?

Kindermusik students:

Simply Music offers a hassle-free automated payment system. Your tuition is automatically billed on the 1st of each month to your credit or debit card on file.  When you're charged for tuition, we will immediately email a receipt to you. 

Since enrollment is ongoing, tuition is due each month for as long as a student is enrolled. Tuition is non-refundable. The total amount of tuition for the year has been divided into 12 equal payments for easier budgeting. This monthly amount is not tied to the number of classes or lessons in a given month, but rather is 1/12th of the total cost for the year. 

Zumbini students:

Tuition is the same as above, except you will be automatically billed on the Monday prior to the start of the next  8-week session.

A non-refundable registration fee of $50 per student will be charged at the time of enrollment for new students. After that, an annual registration fee of $50 per student will be charged in September of each year. This is an all-inclusive fee that that helps cover the costs of registration processing.

What happens in case. . . of bad weather, my teacher is ill or needs to reschedule, or I miss a class?

What happens in inclement weather?

Any weather closing information for Simply Music will be posted on our studio Facebook site, as well as confirmed via email or text.  Assume that we are remaining open for lessons or classes unless we announce differently. If weather conditions are such that we need to close our locations, we will provide a makeup date for the class. 

What happens if my teacher is unwell?

If your teacher is unable to join class because of health concerns, they will update you at least 90 minutes prior to class by email and text message. In such a case, the teacher will make every effort possible to choose a day and time that works for the majority of families later that week or month. If you are unable to attend at the rescheduled time, you may join another class at a different time that same week or month.

What if the teacher reschedules a class?

Though rare, there may be times when a teacher needs to reschedule a class. In such a case, the teacher will make every effort possible to choose a day and time that works for the majority of families. If you are unable to attend at the rescheduled time, you may join another class at a different time that same week or month.

What happens if I miss a class?

You have unlimited makeup classes as long as you are enrolled. Simply text your teacher to let her know that you're missing class and let her know which class you would like to drop in on to makeup the missed class.

What if I need to pause or cancel?

We understand that circumstances can change for families impacting your ability to participate in live instruction.

 

Kindermusik students: if you need to pause or cancel your enrollment, please send us written notice prior to the 1st of the month. (If notice is received on or after the 1st of the month, the tuition for the current month will still be charged.)

Zumbini students: If you need to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us via our online form prior to the Monday before the next 8-week session begins to avoid further charges. If notice is received on or after that Monday, the tuition for the next 8-week session will still be charged.

Registration fees are non-refundable.
