For preschool & kindergarten-age children
This is the music class you’re looking for with more music and more instruments to challenge your pre-K child. This delightful drop-off class features "pre-keyboard" activities and a monthly focus on "big" instruments. Your child’s natural love of music will flourish as we encourage imagination, practice social skills, and invite independence. All this gives you, as parents, a peek into our musical environment during the sharing time at the end of each class.
What to expect. . .
Listening: “What does that sound like?” Level 4 students are exposed to the sounds of individual instruments as well as music that highlights different genres, cultures, and composers.
Complex Instrument Play: Let’s turn it up a notch...children will participate in dances that include instruments, back-and-forth instrument play, and play patterns to songs.
Language and Literacy: Children increase phonological awareness, focused attention, communication skills, and vocabulary.
Cognitive: The connections in the brain that are used to integrate new learning, make decisions, and think critically are strengthened.
Movement Variety: Grab a partner! Children will experience creative movement, group dances, movement with props, and more.
Pretend Play: Imagine that you're a..." Your child will engage in pretend play in various ways, such as music, storytelling, listening, and movement.

Kindermusik teacher!
Ms. Jenny
Jennifer is a passionate music educator with over 20 years of experience teaching junior high choir and music. She holds a Masters Degree in Music Education from VanderCook College of Music.
These days Jennifer teaches voice, piano, guitar and drum lessons as well as group Zumba, Zumbini, and Kindermusik classes throughout he Southland. Her goal is to work with individuals of all ages who share her love of music, music-inspired movement, and wellness.

Monthly tuition is $65 per child. Enroll any time! If you enroll partway through a month, we'll prorate it for you.
We teach 32 classes from Sep - May and spread payment for those classes into nine easy equal payments. This makes it easier for you to budget each month! This monthly amount is not tied to the number of classes or lessons in a given month, but rather is 1/9th of the total cost for the year.
