About Rodney

Rodney attended Homewood-Flossmoor Community High School. While there, he was a member

of the Tri-M Music Honor Society. He graduated from Illinois State University, where he obtained a

Bachelor of Arts degree. Some of his most memorable experiences include marching at Soldier Field and

touring abroad in Spain and France.

Currently involved with several local community bands, such as the Joliet American Legion Band, Joliet Symphony Orchestra, Joliet Junior College’s Community Band and Percussion Ensemble, Rodney can be found performing more than 30 times a year. A fan of musical theatre, he can also be seen (or heard rather) playing with some of the local community theaters

Check Rodney's calendar below to see if he has any spots marked "OPEN for new students."
If you register for lessons, you can specify which of his openings you would like.

If I am currently one of Rodney's students, how do I schedule a makeup lesson with Rodney?
To make scheduling a makeup as easy as possible, here is your teacher's schedule below. There are available make-ups, as indicated by the term “OPEN for makeups.” Scroll down to look at all the available days and times.

You are NOT able to manually make a schedule change yourself on the calendar. Call, email, or text your teacher to tell him which OPEN spot you would like to take, and he will make the change for you.
